Whether you are installing a VECTOR Solution, upgrading, or performing custom modifications, we offer services designed to help you use each of our Solutions to its full potential.

Implementation and upgrade services

VECTORsgi implementation services, including our VECTOR Education offerings, will bring your staff up to speed quickly when a Solution is implemented. Our assistance can include pre-installation organization, the development of interface programs, comprehensive testing, and production support/follow-up/review.

 Post-implementation services include the evaluation of a Solution's performance against requirements, and acquisition assimilation.

 When it's time to upgrade, we will review your current code and run a comparison to determine what custom elements, if any, should be integrated into the upgraded Solution. We offer specifically-tailored training for your staff, and annual, onsite reviews ensure that your changing needs are addressed.

 Maintenance services

When you enter into an annually-renewable maintenance agreement with VECTORsgi, you can contact our telephone support center daily for Solution advice and assistance. You will also be notified of each product upgrade release, which will be delivered to you on request. Maintenance agreement customers are also invited to participate in VECTOR educational workshops and user meetings.

 Data protection and business continuity

Information privacy, business continuity and disaster recovery are fundamental aspects of our day-to-day activities at VECTORsgi. Maintaining the confidentiality, integrity and availability of customer data, in accordance with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, is paramount. Carefully-constructed data firewalls, intrusion detection systems, redundant technology environments with strong process controls – as well as regular testing and refinement of these systems – help us protect our customers from losses and corruption of data. To cope with disasters of any kind, we have established multiple redundant routing of telecommunications circuits, and duplicate Internet service providers.
